Events booked 13 days or less prior to the event date payment is due in full at the time of booking to include damage deposit.

Events booked 7 days prior to the event date is subject to a non-refundable $75 rush fee to cover any expediting and team overtime costs. 

 

Events scheduled for/during weekdays including Fridays are to be set up after 5pm, unless prior arrangements are made.
